A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) with more than 15 years of experience supporting accounting firms through offshore teams. Dishant has built an India-based team of more than 30 people, helped grow an accounting practice from one office to four, and worked with more than 300 UK accounting firms.

Pooja has built her career across people management, training, recruitment and service delivery. Her senior experience includes roles at Infinity Globus, VFS Global and QX Ltd, alongside earlier work in UK contractor compliance, recruitment and customer service. At Terra, she leads the people systems that support skilled, stable and engaged client teams.
